I have been running Forest School at Stonesfield since 2016, and the school gained Forest School Association Recognised Provider status in 2020. Children at the school attend Forest School every week for 5 out of their 7 years at primary school. In 2024, with a generous grant from the Friends of Stonesfield School, we were able to expand our site to nearly double the size, and since then the children have been involved in planting trees, creating dead hedges and wildlife corridors, sowing wild flowers and of course, enjoying the space!
